Judge John Campbell said it was his view that identifying the accused could give way to identifying the victim.  Nowt wrong with his English if he's delivering food to East  Wall.

  You cannot name either the Perp or victim if a child is involved because of a Judicial Ruling .I believe the context of the Judges remarks were to do with a CHILD who was abused by a FAMILY member and the judge ruled that identifying the Adult could by association identify the CHILD .In that case the Judge was absolutely correct in legally protecting the CHILD .But he created legal precedent as he did not limit his remarks to that individual case .The way Law works is Governments write Law Judges Interpret the Law give it meaning and by doing so can create Legal precedence .Former Attorney General Mick Mc Dowell has a Motion in the Senate to amend the Act to over ride the Judges ruling to only apply to that Paticular case and going forward that a judges ruling will only apply to the case before him .
