I think thats the point Mc Dowall is making .What would happen if at the CHILDS funeral the Priest mentions his name and how he died .Is he breaking the LAW .If the CHILDS mother talks about it with his family is she breaking the LAW .

I dont know Hal what is the definition of Media ?Or are you restricted from identifying them period .A lad with a  powdered wigs might not define media as what we think it is .If you sprayed the word killer outside a Brazillians gaff would that contravene that law or would it be malicious damage or ART .

WE dont know Silver if he was the owner of the Bike it might not be Murder as there was no malice a forethought unless going tooled is Forethought .If it was his backup coming to help then it certaintly is Murder .

Probs....but carrying a knife be it a scobie from wherever or a delivery driver is not on....should be an automatic 10yrs for that bollox.
