Plenty of irish / brits living in flats an council houses in ingeland.........I wonder  if it's to do geographical location and the fact that  white people of northern Europe have bein dealin wit cold, flu,s for thousands of years because of ther compromised
   immune systmn in winter an low vitimin D from lack of sun lite  an have a genetic robustness to these disease  from generations of evolution in dealin with them .....
 the closer  your origin of race  to the equator ....perhaps the more likely you snuff it from the ting Professor octavia would surmise

The older generation would be poorer, less educated. Newer generations better educated, better paid. As RC alludes to, if you live nearer the equator, A.I.D.S. West Nile Virus or Ebola would be a more urgent problem. That's not forgetting War, Rape, and Famine.
