Avant Card have decided now that they can borrow money interest free they are going to increase their Interest rates from next month on rates below the Maximum .This will apply to some cards like Tesco CC that they took over last year .Check your rate An Post are doing interest free transfer with the New Avant card rates there might not be any difference between them in the long run .A year interest free might save you a few quid .

I rang them last lockdown offered to repay the principle but told them any fees and the deal is off .They told me to fuck off so I said Ok .Informed them that under GDPR they can not release any of my details or contacts to any third party or I will see them in court .They accepted my offer .I had a Gold Card started @9% but they hiked it up to 22.9% which is the Maximum in Ireland .

Started @ 9% Hal but they jacked it up to 22.9 .I use to use it to buy materials when I was employable finance the job off the card until the customer paid most of the time I paid off the balance before interest was due .

If ye can't pay it off by due date....forget it....it's an expensive loan facility.
