A colleague recently had 2 FN cancellations 5 mins after being received, but continued on to the job locations, and on 2 occasions found ambassador cars picking up there. He's convinced that the app caused the switch to the abassador. Can't see it meself. Anyone had similar?
Maybe it's a house party and 2 people order a taxi with 2 phones. And when they realise, one of them cancels your mate?
Maybe just bad luck it happened to him twice?
When I waiting in an apartment block with another FN taxi, I'm not shy about asking them if they're waiting for 'X' so we're not double-booked.
