Sick attacker pounces on girl 'from behind' leaving 'cuts all over body' in same Dublin park where horror assault happened

North Dublin residents are afraid to leave their homes after a second girl was attacked in the same spot where a horror assault took place last month.

One young girl is claiming that she was pounced on from behind and left with "cuts all over my face and hands" as she walked alone at 6 in the morning in Coolock.

The gruesome incident took place at Stardust Memorial Park where at the start of February, another young girl was "pinned against a fence" and had her "privates touched" by a creep.

The most recent attack is said to have taken place last Thursday at 6:30am as the victim walked to work.

She claims: "I was attacked walking to work, just at the end of the college at Stardust Memorial Park.

"The attacker came from behind and tried to get my bag, he sliced the bag and my jacket.

"I have cuts all over my face and hands. He was in all black clothes but had his face covered and hood up so I wasn't able to get a proper look."

It is feared that the attacker could be the same person involved in the sickening February attack who Gardai are still on the hunt for.

During that life-changing incident, another young Dublin girl was jogging late at night when she was targeted by the predator.

The frightened youngster claims the creep was "moaning" in her ear as he "tried to force himself on me".

"I was out jogging around the outside of the Stardust Memorial Park in Coolock when I saw a man dressed in full black and felt he was watching me from a distance.

"I took a shortcut through the park but by the time I came out the other side of the park, which is two minutes away from my house, I was pinned against the fence suddenly."

She continued: "He was touching my privates and moaning in my ear during it.

"He tried to force himself on me and I screamed repeatedly, my headphones fell off and he ran away."

The victim believes that if she hadn't started screaming "god knows what would have happened" adding that the attacker "wasn't much taller" than her and reeked of alcohol.

Perhaps stop bums drinking in the park?

A few years ago I picked up this pikey yungfla late one night in swords going to the 'lock. He was wearing a suit and I was thinking maybe he's the non-animal variety. Chewed my ear off down the M1. I was tryna feel him out but he was deflecting all my questions. Big red flag. Anyway we pulled up outside a corner gaff directly opposite the Stardust memorial. He says I'm gonna run inta the gaff to get your money and proceeds to bolt down the side of the house towards the back. twenty pound on the meter. It was the only gaff on the road that had lights on inside even though it was 5 in the morning. Maybe he actually is gonna come back out with the dosh. Maybe he's sneaking in to the back of the gaff to not disturb whoever the fuck I says. I'm waiting a good while and I go up and ring the door bell a few times and I get nothing. I did'nt see the cunt going in the front door and I don't know for certain that I've been had or whether it's a case of indeed dropping dirt to their actual gaff and them not bothering to pay the fare which I've had filth and dirt do before. I was fatigued and made another silly decision to go coolock garda station around the corner. Explained the situation that I've dropped an itinerant to a gaff and he won't pony up the dosh. I said to the fella it's only around the corner. Jump in my car there and I'll bring ye around. No he says I'll dispatch a car to go down to meet ye at the gaff and I says OK and I go back down and realised there and then this is silly. I shudda just washed my hands of this and fucked off. Parked like a goon outside the gaff. My fuckin hubcaps will be whipped next. Two very nice coppers turn up. A bean garda and a fella. They were a little too nice. They musta been given the billy that I was a dopey dosey cunt. Just be careful I says. It's a pikey house i reckon. They ring the bell on the house and get nothing like myself even though there was lights on inside. Your woman leaves a garda docket in the postbox and says I'll ring ye tomorrow and see if we have any joy. Sure enough she rang me and she says we made a few enquiries. There's some heavy duty scum living in that gaff. Kiss goodnight to that forty pound you're owed. I googled the gaff in the meantime and found out that somebody had been fatally stabbed in the garden and on another occasion somebody was chased across the park in to the gaff and the front of the house was shot up. You can google street view the gaff to see it. It's where Adare drive and Adare road meet. A corner gaff. It's an old picture but it's boarded up but it had been properly dickied up the night I was there with a new big wall built around the garden but has since reverted to being all boarded up and derelict when i drove by it recently.

I used to get frustrated with runners but, on balance they're few and far between. I recall finding it extremely difficult to stop myself mowing a cunt down in Cronans estate in Swords a good few years ago, scrote had me for nearly a score and wasting the guts of 30 minutes hunting for another scrote in Donabate who I later found out was a regular runner from Swords rank. Then it fucks up the rest of your night as you're agitated and distracted. I think I turned the corner when a couple of scumbags done me in Ratoath village one night, from Wrights Cafe Bar. Something inside me just said get back on the horse... put it out of my mind, got back to Swords and made a decent few notes for the remainder of the night. I done the same when the knacker in Maynooth robbed my phone, just worked the streets for another few hours with no phone which I think was good for my confidence! I didn't bat an eyelid with the last runner I had - a fiver fare in Darndale - in fact, so confident was I that he wasn't going into any gaff for the money that I just asked him to close the door when he got out... which he did before legging it across a field!

P.S. I'd lay a pound to a penny that your suited and booted knacker came from Wetherspoons... I'd drive away from #1 on the McDonalds unofficial to get away from them! I did get caught once but it worked out alright, two couples to Brides Glen via Abbeylea... the Abbeylea man was an old regular from the pub on North St., in fact got a decent tip into the bargain. They're not all bad... just a higher propensity to be trouble than the general population, I guess.

it's 50/50 with the itinerants.
I've had a good run with them and I've had a bad run.
I'm on about a 5 fare winning streak at the moment which makes sense since they've all been off the app and not off the street.

Much higher concentration of scum from all walks of life on street hails since we gave all the work to Free Now... probably even more so since COVID '19 came along. To be fair, I've only had one runner from Free Now/mytaxi/Hail0 despite driving all manner of scallywags for the firm.

ken has a dirty big sticker on the rear bumper of his taxi - "The only good knacker is a dead knacker." I'll havta find out where he gets them printed up. anyway, Swords is teeming with them. I remember i had 4 of the animal variety one Sunday night going to the end of baskin lane there. a big burley fella in the front and three wans in the back. one of them in the back kept leaning forward and grabbin the steering wheel and I hadta to keep hitting the anchors. the last time she did I swung my elbow at her and caught her square in the boat and they all started squealing. luckily your man in the front thought it was like a pantomime and said to me fair play she deserved it.

Recession or not, refused a job Ballybrack to Wicklow last night, just not worth the 30 minute sweat wondering if one is going to be paid.
