Nice one TD....had you got water,leccy already in?

I have the bottom of the garden ready to go,we want to build the width of the garden(22ft)× 18ft deep,will probably put heating into it but probably not for living in.....yet!! lol

You do know that any electrical alteration or installation will not be covered by insurance ...unless it is certified..dont mean to be a spoilsport!!!

Its covered i rewired the house last Yr it on that cert also I did it to corporate spec with smoke alarms and all
The building was already there i converted it for less than 4k

Took me awhile to finish covid has me wrecked

Might want to check you have clearance to open the oven door if you get a drop down door .the gap looks tight if you add in the thickness of the Door and handle to the left .
