Went to the Dock yesterday for test results .Im overweight but otherwise healthy at least I was last year .A year of sitting around eating drinking and not doing much and I now have high blood pressure ,under active thyroid ,marginal for type 2 Diabetes muscle wastage .Ligament tightening from underuse and possibly depression .Doc says about 80% of male patients he has seen that have be inactive due to Covid share most of my complaints .He attributes most of it to Sofa Addiction lack of exercise .He says none of his taxi driving Patients are very fit as the job is sedentary and stress full .He recons drivers are stressed looking ,waiting for fares and then by some clients we pick up .He gave me this link and told me to read it https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/sitting-disease-how-a-sedentary-lifestyle-affects-heart-health He recomended diet and proper exercise said how important exercise is for your mental well being .
