YOU CAN SEE WHY PEOPLE GET ANNOYED

Two former British paratroopers accused of the murder of an Official IRA leader have been formally acquitted after prosecutors offered no further evidence at their trial.

The trial at Belfast Crown Court collapsed after the Public Prosecution Service confirmed it would not appeal against a decision by Mr Justice O'Hara to exclude statements given by the ex-soldiers about the shooting of Joe McCann in 1972.

Ken the CPS had 50 years to get the evidence right and failed ,makes you wonder what else is being covered up .If the justice system fails then there is no law its a free for all .We see it in USA cops killing blackmen we even saw it in Blanchardstown .If you wear a uniform is that a licence to kill.

What if the uniform is sometimes a french Beret, aviator sunglasses, alpha bargains camouflage jacket? What's with the crybabies complaining about rules of engagement when theirs is hiding behind a woman's apron?

Anyway, by the time there's a united Ireland and harmony, there won't be any genuine micks left, and perhaps that's not a bad thing.

In the meantime, the pseudo elitists can take let their spawn take refuge in gaelscoileanna. Not too many, if any brownies there.

42 not a big issue in the Irish Media .Same as the Gards shooting that lad in Blanch not to many journalists asking with plenty of Garda on the scene as withnesses how come no file has yet been sent to the DPP.Judicial killings wont be long now before the Taoiseach starts calling himself General Taoiseach Mick from Cork .

No I get the point SF selling out men who died for future seats in Westminster,Dail and Stormont .Unfortunately the DUP will see this as weakness Poots or Donaldson now know the lie of the land .Shinners rolled over ignored the reality that British troops who shot to kill are exempt from Justice .The Finnucans  now know the Shinners will never hold the killers of their father to justice either .

Were the IRA or UDA shooting and bombing to simply maim? It was war and the people with advance knowledge have the advantage.
You could join the 'RA Ermy, £30 a day for active duty.

See Mary Loo La for details. 8)

Bullit there was atrocities on every side but when the State kills we are in trouble .What happened in the courts this week was a message to fuck off we can kill who we like .Ask not for whom the bell tolls" is a popular cliche.

any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee. If your not offended by Judicial killing of any man you are not a man .

As you rightly say there was atrocities on both sides but both loyalist and republicans benefited from the Good Friday Agreement cos they were at war but the British Army weren't, i'm not condoning the shoot to kill policy that didn't officially exist.

John M it was fifty years ago and back then Belfast was a war zone and there was very few innocents involved back then.
As fer the yank cop who killed the intoxicated blackman passing counterfeit currency, he got 40 years fer his crime.
As fer the black kid killed in Blanch, he too was highly intoxicated running at Gardai with a samurai sword, just because your black doesent make you above the law, only the knackers get that privilege !
