I logged into my Freenow account for the first time in ages and they're doing surveys with strange questions.My gut feeling is they're gonna compile some data that says they need more saloon plates because we won't rent out our plates.

Ask what the purpose of the survey is. You don't want to give away sensitive business information to a competitor.

I posted this option about a year or more ago .They rent your licence off of you then put in on a car they will rent out .And give taxi work to THEIR ALIGNED DRIVERS TO COVER THEIR COSTS .
