I was down the Flats this morning and Tommy Two Scars Grandson has one of them big water pistol guns and he was shooting all the other kids in the playground and they were playing Die the best .You remember playing that you got letting on shot and you had to die the best and if you died the best judged by your mate on the gun then it was your go on the gun .I said great to see kids playing but Tommy said they are not Playing thats Football training how to dive for a Penalty .

There's a lot of talk about this England team.

They have "integrity" they're "honest" "speak well in interviews", "they are a team", "they're honest", "work for each other" The manager has instilled a sense of belief and there's "no real stars on the team".

Two footballs on the pitch (match should have been stopped)
Sterling dived in the penalty area (honest my arse!)

Carragher said today (with regards to the dive) , "the english players are "street wise"!! The rest of us would call them cheats. Presumably Maradonas "hand of God" was street wise also.

Won't change the outcome of the match but UEFA charge England over Kasper Schmeichel laser incident

UEFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against England after a laser pointer was shone in the face of Denmark goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel in Wednesday night's Euro 2020 semi-final.  Two other charges have been levelled after incidents during England’s 2-1 victory at Wembley.  Along with investigating the laser pointer – shone at Schmeichel before he saved Harry Kane’s extra-time penalty only for Kane to score the rebound – UEFA is also looking into the booing of the Denmark national anthem and the lighting of fireworks inside the stadium.   The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body.
