Has any manager ever left one Premiership team to move to another one and made them any better ?Poch sort of failed at Spurs Mourinio not as successfull as he was at Chelsea .Everton Houlier ,?West Ham? Rogers failed at Liverpool ,Leister heading in the wrong direction .
