I don't lie. I brought them a brand new car in 2004 to get a meter installed and they destroyed the dashboard by sticking screwdrivers in instead of using the correct tools. They also broke a wire that the dealer I bought the car from repaired under warranty as a goodwill gesture. They didn't do any better on my current motor, the air vent unit doesn't sit flush since they got at it and I got constant over-current warnings on whatever circuit they tapped into to power the meter/printer. Recently, they said they could reset the time on the meter without breaking the seal. They couldn't... when I went for the LRA the inspector said the seal was broken and I had to book a resealing appointment before he could issue my licence and affix the tamper proof discs. I had to go back to Mechanic24hr to get them to upload a TTI form and your man tried to fob me off with some bullshit that the old type seals fail the LRA anyway and it was nothing to do with being tampered with. Absolute nonsense but I couldn't be arsed arguing with him and just gave him the €25 demanded on top of the €20 hje charged for breaking the seal and the €86.10 I had to pay Aplus+. It's a mickey mouse outfit that's best avoided. Unfortunately, I bought my Hale meter before they became sole agents in ROI.
