From his custody an that it was covered up .....
The fact he was able to manover a van onto the walk way and steer it in a straight line along the narrow path for some distance would rule out any heart attack/ stoke/ medically induced physical incapacity whatsoever.....but a mental breakdown could technically be described as a medical episode or some such other term .....
The government have a very tight control over the media in this country ...yur only allowed to hear wat they want you to hear ....
