ah Bullit me old Mate you do not need any written exemption  Some people think Asthma  is an exemption it is not .But I had major surgery on My throat twenty years ago all my soft pallet and uvula removed which caused a gagging reaction In fact this surgery has now been Discontinued .There is not a Doctor or Judge of Taxi regulator could disprove my medical reason for not wearing a mask and during the shamdemic I never asked anybody to wear one as I do not have the relevent qualification to judge their exemption .Im an Old fashioned Libertarian like that .
