Faulty Indicator

Rear indicator works then dosent work as the tick quickens up .Checked the Bulbs .Not the relay either any ideas ?

I know you checked bulbs John but it could be just one that's faulty intermittently,the oul Renault electrics.

Seems to be a problem with Renault No rear indicator on one side and when you put on your Haz the brake lights flash Think its a dodgey earth .Get it over to Noel Byrne get it sorted .Thanks for the info .

Sounds like a short in the cluster. Take it out and give it a good clean. If that doesn't work try slamming the boot.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

The one difficult intermittent electrical fault which I had was caused by damage to the integrity of the insulation on grouped cables running down the boot lift arm.
Trump has called for help, so I'm on a plane heading for The Strait of Hormuz, talk soon.

Thought I had it sorted but Indicator cut out when I hit the Brake .Rang Auto Electrician .You could hear him scratcking his bollox 65 an hour plus Vat to find and Repair the fault it sounds like an earthing problem .So I decided Id have a go meself .Found the fault its in the Cluster wiring loom one of the ports is burned out .But just to show how smart I am I know whats broken but didnt think to take a picture of it .Now try to explain to Paddy the Pole in the Motorfactors in me best Dublin accent I need one of then wiring looms and him listening in Polish .Going to be some conversation .
