What is it that makes you think that ?
Is it the leafy glades of Darndale or Cherry Orchard, Etc that make ye so civilized ?

Maybe it's that all the females are (Peroxide) Blonde, or they all wear Trackies and speak with an accent which is a tad closer to a speech impediment ?
