DPP looking at Dr Leo
« on: April 23, 2022, 05:21:00 pm »
So the Gards cannot clear him ,they think there MIGHT be a case to answer ...DETECTIVES investigating Tánaiste Leo Varadkar over the leaking of a confidential government document to his friend Dr Maitiú Ó Tuathail have sent a file the DPP who will decide whether any person should face criminal charges.

It is understood that officers form the specialist National Bureau of Criminal Investigation (NBCI) sent the Garda file to the public prosecutor within the past couple of days.

It can be revealed that gardaí did not recommend one way or the other whether the Tánaiste or Dr Ó Tuathail should face criminal charges. Instead, they “left the decision up to the DPP”.

IS THE DPP APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNMENT ?

LEO might be in a bit of bother ...Though Mr Varadkar has been accused by political opponents of breaching the Official Secrets Act, gardaí are investigating whether he breached section 7 of the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act, 2018.

It states it is a criminal offence to use “confidential information obtained in the course of his or her office, employment, position or business for the purpose of corruptly obtaining a gift, consideration or advantage for himself or herself or for any other person”.

This is nonsense .If any of the Garda investigating the Traitors actions were referred to the DPP they would be suspended from Duty on full pay but Leo who might be handing out secret government information to his chums is still allowed see secret documents .What happens if he is found guilty then who in power gets to lose their job for allowing him near the state documents when he was under investigation .Looks like another round of rules for them and rules for others .If a Garda was found to access the Pulse System without permission he would be suspended .Once again no Irish Journalist will make that comparison ,

3 and a half ton a week DR. Leo gave us for doing nothing. I do hope he's back in charge before COVID '20 anall strikes. Mightn't be long now with tens of thousands of unvaccinated Ukrainians taking advantage of DSPs generosity.

Bring back Dr. Leo... Dr. Leo was great so he was...
