I hope the ruels arent changed because you will have instances where you drop some deadbeat home, fare is whatever 30 euro, then the deadbeat has no money on their card, at least now you can ask to see that they have money if you want. Also some will know they have no money on their card and go to pay, "oh there should be money on the card bla bla bla" hoping they wont have to pay and will never see you again.
