dont have that option .i hit help i get a directory of crap that does not include scrub option
Click on - previous layout.

thanks tried that .I never put in for them but I was learning the Airport zone 19 today dont usually use it and paid for my ignorance 7.50 in parking fees .More snatching going on there that on Sean Mc Dermot Street in the 70s .
Always apply for them. If you turn up at the address and things don't seem right, wait the four minutes and fifty seconds, call the punter, let it connect for one or two rings then hang up, then cancel the job. Apply for the fee.

You didn't pick up the possible bogey, and got a fiver for your trouble.

I tried that.  Rang the guy after 5 mins.  He answered and when I asked if he ordered a taxi said no and cancelled while I was on the phone with him.  Fukker  >:(  Never got a scrub fee either. Fukkers  >:(  >:(

I can't get any scrub fees either as someone else was saying.  After I submit one, they send me a FAQ email about how to claim it.  I've copied the text to my phone and open it every time I try to claim another scrub fee.  No joy.  I'll tried the 'previous layout' approach suggested above.

They're shooting themselves in the foot for a fiver because they've lost any "loyalty" (?) I might have given them.  I've no interest now if FN succeeds or not.

I THINK that after you move at all even to do a u-turn to exit after pressing 'Arrived' that nullifies the scrub fee.
I seldom bother any more as they seldom pay out and I never bother following up fer the sake of a Fiver.

Most usually I will wait a full minute and call them and if no answer still wait the full 2 minutes so as they will be hopefully charged the cancellation fee.

The odd cancellation fee that I do apply fer, I find they pay out about 1 in 2, and I only wait fer them if it is going exactly where I want to go.

HOW DO YOU REQUEST A SCRUB FEE .Step by step for the idiots please .
Open home screen.
Tap the 3 lines in very bottom right of screen.
Then tap 'Earnings'.
Pull the screen up a tad to show 'View previous layout'.
Click on 'View previous layout'.
Scroll down to job in question.
Click on that job and it appears.
Click 'Help' (green button) in Top Right hand corner.
Input the words 'Cancellation fee' and press 'Send' on the Right side of the screen.
Then after getting the 'Message sent' on screen confirmation.
Click all the X's and back buttons to return to the home screen.

Maybe best to go 'To War' tomorrow if you don't get paid ?

I had 1 Pony Bobo and 1 cast iron scrub last week, I'll wait till tomorrow to see if'n I'm paid.

Still bugging me that the puker last night cost me the second Pony Bobo !
I know that I made 10 times the Bobo in the hours with the Fookin pucker,
but OCD rocks, I was on 4 jobs needing just 2 more, 66% on way to Bobo
and I missed the Bobo over that prick !

The 5 minutes is way too long considering yer never parked in a safe place.Always blocking the road or up on the footpath or double yellows. If I'm in a shit location I cancel after 2 mins waiting then leave the app off for a few hours.5 minutes is just too long and it doesn't happen on Bolt or Uber. Freenow have allowed this situation to continue for years and now it's busy it's fukking up the service.

The more lads just keep accepting it the longer its gonna take to change.

I'd the busiest night of the year last night.

I only did App jobs with desto's.

I never went into town.

Stayed local.

Worked the Unibrow gig, before and after.

If doing an app job I phoned the punter en route to be ready, they all were.

One banger in Clongriffin, scrub fee applied.

Made a wonderwall. 8)

What happens that is different with Bolt or Uber jobs MFH ?
I don't work Bolt or Uber so it's an honest question.

The passengers are ready to go most of the time Ken.

Also within the other apps the passengers can text you to say they're on the way if they're not already waiting for you.Waiting times are usually very low.

That 5 minutes waiting bollox is a hangover from traditional despatch companies.Completely unnecessary considering most people with smartphones are looking at the things constantly.I work in town during the day and the clowns I'm picking up don't drive and don't appreciate how difficult it is to find a safe place to wait.

I just got me statement and was paid me Pony Bobo but not fer me Scrub fee, I only half remember the job but I do remember when applying fer it that it was a 'Cast iron' Scrub fee but still it was not paid.
I sent them off another message through the help section on that job asking why I didn't get paid the Scrub ?
I'll let ya know how I get on.

Only let it ring once or twice, and do not answer a return call.
