20789 is the same on TfIs app / NTAs online register. i.e. owned and driven by Paul.

However, we do have a record of Mr. Ayyub... working for Free Now rival, Intercity Cabs:

In fact, Mr. Ayyub first came to our bots' attention* last month - as posted in the Cead Mile Failte thread in the members' lounge - when he was linked to a different taxi altogether. I guess he gets around:

I don't know the date of the newspaper clipping as someone sent it to me for some reason. I guess it could be a few years old but our bots only came across Mr. Ayyub last month so there's some sort of coincidence in there somewhere. Do An Garda Siochana issue shorter duration SPSVDLs for dodgy looking migrants?

Some of these lads are on a student visa in Ireland and don't get a 5 year psv...some get a 3 or 4 year psv

I thought foreign students could only work 20-ish hours in a PAYE job, not self-employed?

Actually, I have a vague memory of an asylum seeker who only got a year to year licence until he got citizenship. Think he took a court case looking for a full licence?
