Funny you should mention bats.  Had a passenger recently in Cabra.  They're building a huge apartment complex behind her row of houses that none of the locals will be able to afford to rent.  She reckoned the whole planning process was all corrupt and bats/snails are the only thing that will get you a refusal nowadays.  On a positive note for her, she reckoned the rich people moving in will annoy the locals and they'll be harrassed 24/7

Watty  City Junction .The Junction at Clare Hall was named as a Joke .Its not a Junction into the City but it was CJ s land .thats what The C and J stands for not City or Junction .
