I was just stating; "Delivering Budget 2023, the Minister said that the rate of carbon dioxide emitted for petrol and diesel will go up from 12 October.
This will mean that there will be an increase of just over two cent per litre of petrol and diesel."

I would in normal circumstances offer to buy one fer you to test out.
But it requires 2 tools, pliers/wrench and a spanner used correctly simultaneously to fit it,
