Talk to any of your friends/passengers with those Pre-Pay meters - they'd be nearly crying by the end of their story.  The money just vanishes out of those meters

Most think they're doing great cos they think they're on top of things but there's no tellin them they're  being fleeced and they're usually the one's on low income/SW and I know that most of the utility companies require a deposit if they enquire about signing up,almost being corralled into the poverty trap!!
