Anybody looking for a Cheap does enough Laptop .Littlewoods have a decent enough one for 180 .Do a kid for school or college .

Don't make the mistake I did ...I asked the assistant
To give me a good laptop ...went home an it was a chromebook ....useless piece of shit ...I wudnt mind but the one I had in mind was a laptop ....
Anyway

If you have an old laptop, replacing Windows with Linux could give it a new boost of life!  Examples of Linux could be LinuxMint or Ubuntu.  Nowadays you can usually stick your linux on a USB stick and try it without deleting Windows.

I have a Lenove but held togeather with duct tape .the 180 thing is ok ..windows 11

I had Lenovo sales execs in the car a few months ago and they seemed anxious to unload a ton of gear to Irish retailers in a hurry.The covid surge on laptops has ended and the semiconductor thing is fizzling out.Be careful yer not buying last years out of date stock gents.

180 Windows 11 cant be bad .Pentium processor .Better spec than the first Computer I bought 30 years ago for huge money .

I'm not a computer expert but the RAM speed is the important factor.We have a 4gig of RAM lenovo in our gaff and it takes about 10/15 minutes to boot up.My cheapo smartphone is so much better at everything.Th only time I use the laptop is when I'm using ROS.

Maybe the newer ones are faster.

I Know less about Computers than most .These cheapies are ok for casual use probably slow for gaming .But 180 is cheap .
