Freedom Of Movement
« on: October 15, 2022, 08:58:52 am »
Article in todays Irish Times about freedom of movement on the Island of Ireland ,So two questions .If a driver on a non Irish Passport was to cross the border on a job could he be arrested for crossing the border illegally and deported to Ruwanda by the Brits .If we get a job over the border are we required to remove the roofie to show we are not trading in a foreign country .

The first question is a very serious one as anybody without an entry visa to the UK would be seen as an illegal entrant .I dont think a PSV licence has the same legal standing as a Visa .

How do they manage on the ground in the two cities of Derry, Letterkenny and Londonderry?
Getting old is compulsory whilst growing up is voluntary.
