The bus is there all right Harry, just up the road a bit on the start of the video. It was the Quigley meats van parked half on the footpath on the Southern road in Cork doing a delivery to Paddy the Farmers pub that was blocking the buses path and the taxi driver pulled over to let the bus pass.

Idiotic behaviour by both involved.

I know its a racer bike but what is the hurry? A lot of cyclists cycle like someone is after them trying to kill them, slow down, especially in a Town or city.
Funny how some cyclists go crazy over something so trivial like the taxi a tiny bit in the cycle lane but they run red lights, fly it down footpaths etc and they think thats ok. The taxi should have just ignored him and had a dash cam to protect himself.

Thats in Douglas village !
Traffic has been brutal there fer many years since someone decided to build about 10'000 houses up on the hills outside Douglas village and quite often the road users get a tad over-vexed !

I don't think either has a case to answer as both approached the others vehicle, both exchanged verbals and blows were thrown by both parties.

Getting out of your car isn't wise but it was an unprovoked attack on the guy in the car. Any punches he threw were in self defense. Definitely a case to answer for the tramp in the white jeep.
