BOLT - digital pat on the head
« on: November 04, 2022, 01:47:51 pm »
My BOLT ratings have plummeted to 96% from 100% and I've only done about 15 jobs in about three months.

Bolts' problem is that the moment FN fire a job at you, a BOLT job comes in seconds later...often the same punter.

I foresee BOLT staff getting a firing email A la Twitter in the not-too-distant future.

Imagine a commie trying to block you from their App while people are screaming for taxis. 8)

My acceptance is down to 70%...probably even below that cos they keep deducting % for declining a job...generally..as mentioned..I've just received another job off another platform...but they never credit you when you do actually accept a job from them, their job offers in the morning are almost always "out of radius"....being at the airport or in Santry and being offered jobs in city centre is fukin ridiculous.

If you've done a lot of bolt cash jobs, you may owe them a few quid,as the didn't have enough account work to deduct the commission from.
Their invoices are terrible though.Very hard to understand.

Maybe they send you the invoice when the commission owed on cash jobs gets up to €50 or €100? (I'm just picking €50 as a number, I don't know what kind of money they'd be thinking of?)

These apps are middlemen (middlepeople?) between us and the passengers.  They wouldn't let a passenger get €50 in arrears with them so why would they let you get into X amount of arrears with them also?
Getting old is compulsory whilst growing up is voluntary.

They are great until a job goes tits up (Like all the taxi apps are) then you're on your own.

Just tell them to feck off with themselves and go about your merry way.
