I'd agree with SB on this, you seem like a shy type 1990 "shouting from the back of the class-room". If'n ya really want this fella caught then you will need to identify both yourself and himself to the Gardai and NTA when making a complaint, but I doubt you will do that.


I will be doing that in the next day or 2. I already have to the NTA by the way several times, they say they are working on it but they told me that back in summer 2021.

A few years back there was someone advertising taxi trips to all the major airports in Ireland in my local town, he put up pieces of paper on supermarket notice boards. This went on for at least 1 year, foreign guy. The NTA were told about it several times but they never caught the guy. why not? was it not an easy catch? There is something weird about the fact they catch people in neighboring towns operating as illegal taxis but never catch anyone in my town, when they are reported.
