FN app acting the Maggot on NYE !

very strange last night. i noticed the prebooks dropped to only 4 around midnight.
yiv been lookin at 99+ for the past while.
yid think cunts wudda been pepperin it tryin to secure a taxi.
anybody have any ideas.

Allowing pre-booking would have been an unmitigated disaster. No booking/No complaints. Live work only.

FN Pre-books were dropped fer NYE, if'n you had clicked on the 4 available jobs you would have seen that they were fer future dates.

I think the FN computer has died. Just did 4 FN jobs Sun morning and the app says I did nada. No jobs, no money 

Same here....I'm keeping receipts and writing p/u and desto on back of them.

The new/current accounting system is acting the maggot but if you click on earnings and "view previous layout" then all your jobs are recorded correctly.

As in I did 6 jobs fer FN after midnight last night, the current earnings screen sez I did zero jobs fer 45 Euro, but the old layout states correctly as 6 jobs fer 89 Euro.

I had no problems with the app last night... except commission running over €8/hour. Believe it or not, on the busiest night of the year there was no bonus to cover freight up above in Dublin.

Certain drivers were offered different Bobo's and some were offered nowt !
Myself also even being an Ambassador with more Gold medals than the US army got no Bobo offer on NYE ??

To date of the €600 cash Bobo supossedly offered by FN over Chrimbo, all I was offered was €275 worth ??

They have you doing the work now all the time Ken so they don't bother with good bobo anymore,uber do the exact same thing if you do work for them.

All they want is their commision,you are just a number (to them).

Several drivers reported this issue.
 
Our technical team is already working on the solution to this problem. The jobs are correctly recorded in the main system just not showing in the app.

Kinda scary that FN's part of the computer knows the right amount but our half doesn't. We'll have to trust they'll get our money right.  Right?

They've put too much crap on the driver app.All that medal bollox just makes it run slower.Prebookings are another drain on resources.There's probably another few things they could leave off it to make it run faster.After all the years of development they're gonna end up with a relatively simple app like Hailo had over ten years ago.

So, I'm a Dub Northsider [apologies in advance]. when I open the bookings page on the FN app all I see is mostly live southside work, pointless.

the prebooks should be organised based around your current location.
you get folly up job alerts based on your location why can't they do it for the prebooks.
loada bollocks.

Everything they add like e scooters and bikes and rentalcars only slow the stupid app down.I'm convinced someonw in Freenow wants redundancy and is trying to get the bullet.
