Sold to an investor within three days for €382K, she paid €160K in 2011. Bought a house on Booterstown Avenue for €595K, moving in this Wednesday.

Seems cheap for the city. She'd have got that in less than 10 years if she rented it out.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

There were two Lesbians living in the southside gaff for the last ten years so she couldn't move in as they weren't selling.
It's in almost turnkey condition, apparently, the carpets have been munched!

Used to be called Butterstown because it was a farm. She's directed opposite the Old Punch-up pub. 8)
