Everybody is taking offence without thinking or listening .Out Yesterday in Clondalkin a Pro Immigration protest taking place and I refused to sign the Petition .I was called a Racist but I took no offence I just handed out an education .I said"I was not in favour of immigration as most of the Migrants were economic Migrants who came here to work and better their circumstances because the Countries they came from were poor .I asked how are these countries ever going to grow financially when we and other countries are taking their best and most qualified workers .It really depends on how YOU choose to see what you are looking at .

He was on the telly last nite talkin  panderin to sum black activist bout slavery in a public display of " im not a racist father ted episode ..doin his penance sort o ting ...it was embarrisin.....the joke was referring to Taxi drivers bean apes ...it want racist ...it was taxi bashing from wat I cud see ....

Occie its Economics simple as .The world is divided into segments .Europe,North America ,Japan,Australia are tier 1 they buy the most so you try increase their populations easiest way is migration .Parts of Africa and Latin america have no viable economies so you encourage them to migrate and become consumers .It really is that simple .How many EV chargers in Democratic Republic of Congo or Zimbabwe or Down town Bogota .You get Crypto Currency it knows no borders but you need real money to buy Crypto so the Banks do not fear Crypto Governments do not fear Crypto .Crypto is just another product you buy with cash or sell for cash .If you look at Ireland Post EEC membership 1971 We have huge foreign factories and property companies .A lot of Irish Toll Roads are owned by Foreign Pension Funds because the Irish Government cannot restrict any business to Irish only participation .Joining the EEC was a bit like a bad marriage first we got our jollies like regional development funds FF TDs got country lanes tarred and a small factory for the town .British Banks broke our economy offering 100% mortgages to people who could not afford to repay and our Irish Banks saw profit so competed instead of shouting foul .I remember discussions in our house before we voted to join the EU me Old Lad thought that the Pint in Ireland would come down to the same as Britain and me Ma thought that butter would be cheaper .We were misled as badly as Brexiteers were misled .The only truth was we are now all Europeans and the Government can pick from a Dollymixture of Rules and regulations .Its to late now Occi the whole country is in Pawn to big bankers .

Great to see working class folk standing up to those trying to build an extreme right platform. However, I not sure there's any need to (counter) protest. The people will speak on election day. SF is the only party that has promised to facilitate increased immigration from both Afghanistan and Syria - both countries with which we share some historical (para)millitary alliance. I'd lay 86c to a penny that SF will top the poll in Clondalkin and most other predominantly working class constituencies while Gemma and Co will claim they got billions of votes all of which were allocated to SF by the FF/FG controlled counters and tallysmen.

Obviously we desperately need first generation migrants (economic or otherwise) to fill low skilled jobs. There's hardly a piublic house or restaurant up above in Dublin without a help wanted sign in the (virtual) window. Even the destination banners on buses up above in Dublin have been replaced with help wanted signs. As Steo put it:
