The photo is a headshot so not sure what tits have to do with it?

A passport lasts for 10 years and I'm sure immigration officials are well used to people not matching exactly their passport photo.  In any event, a person's State-issued 'gender recognition cert' would clarify matters.
Getting old is compulsory whilst growing up is voluntary.

A Boola dont sat dat .You found out you can get pre approval for your snap and track your passport progress .Unlike the Sunday World shite Family miss Summer Hols as they wait seventeen weeks for a passport .

Not guaranteed by any means. All they use to "validate" the photos is thevalidator on the upload page of the passport renewal site. It can still fail at a later stage, as one of my professional ones did.

I renewed mine online --pic and all and it turned around in less than 10 days and inside estimated time !
