Try phoning in the afternoon. Apparently, it's easier to get through to call centres generally because most people try phoning in the morning.

I know,I was on the phone one day,holding for 10 minutes,I only wanted to know if they thought I'd like cheese strings on a two day old baguette...lazy cunts!!

The baguette will be ok, 30 secs in the microwave will soften it if required. The cheese strings might be good for tying those biodegradable bin bags if you have no grandchildren.
