Any house discovered being used exclusively for growing dope should be confiscated by the state and used to re-house homeless families...Discuss.

It seems to me these houses are rented off innocent landlords.  The innocent landlord would get screwed because of the bad guys.

The State is a roadblock for homeless housing, I think.  I believe they insist any houses/flat getting Govt rent/money has to be kitted out with smoke alarms and all the bells and whistles.  And a lot of landlords won't spend the money.  Esp if they get the same money or more from private tenants who'll put up with a less than perfect house...

If being used exclusively,  as in no one living in it just every room full of plants, then maybe. But for some gran da down the sticks growing 2 or 3 for himself they should be told to get the fcuk off my property.

It takes around 10 weeks per harvest, five harvests per year. And the Landlord is clueless? Gimme a break.

Who interviews the tenants? Something stinks...probably the Skunk!
