I worked at Switzers on Grafton Street from 1977-1984. Dorothy Tubridy would swan around the store and be treated like royalty. I had no idea who she was, barring being an old battleaxe.

She was the widow of Michael Tubridy who was ex-Irish army. Somehow she became friends with the Kennedy family.
