It was a Penalty Stephen, the Irish lass had 2 hands on the Aussie girls back when the ball was coming in.

I reviewed it in detail and it seemed possibly staged, as in the Aussie took a stutter-step to allow her defender to run in to her from behind and as soon as she felt her touch behind her she went down like a sack of whatever they eat down there !!
