OCCI do you know what else happened on a Wednesday .Do you remember me telling you about Bridie Foley who wouldnt go to the Pictures with me but went to the shed with that other bollox .Well she was going out with Frankie Bolger from the other flats that were not near the flats near the Church or Chipper and they were going to get engaged on Saturday when Frankie got paid out of Jonny Kennedys factory .But he didnt go into work on Wednesday because it was sunny and they went to town .Bridie got a Bridie loves Frankie tattoo in Johnny Eagles on Capel Street and it cost £3 she asked Frankie to pay half and he told her to fuck off it looked stupit his name was Francis not Frankie anyway they had a big falling out the engagement was off and she had the Tattoo .I remember it was a Wednesday because I had collected me Labour and was going to the pictures that afternoon with some bird from town I cant remember her name she wouldnt let me squeeze her diddy so I went for a piss and went back to a different seat to watch the film I wasent going to waste any more of me Labour money buying he an Icecream .Now imagine if i got a bit of tit and married her and we had a gaff and she threw me out it could of cost me Gaff Keys and Maintenance but it didnt it only cost me 60p fo a cinema ticket and on the up side I got to see the picture .

Alas Kenneth I was using poetic license .It was a suitcase full of broken dreams and bills and sorrows and woes .On the Bright Side OCCI said it was the happiest day of his life .

I know, I agreed with him, after all the broken dreams and sorrows, in hindsight that too was the best day of my life.
I wouldn't wish that day on me worst enemy, but at least myself and Octy came out the other side and still both very sane !!

I left school when I was 12 before they could educate the intelligence out of me .Returned to adult education where everybody learned the exact same thing so they could be graded and scored on how well they remembered what they were taught which other people had discovered .

Its also true I was assaulted with a lump of timber by a state registered teacher because I didnt know the answer to an Irish Question .So I thought if he has to beat the answer into me then he hasent got the education to teach me anything so I went on the Mitch for two years .Spent my schooldays in the National Gallery and the Museum .or the National Library .
