Ken When you rely on the Votes of just Two Greens and a few Rural independents to run a country it can collapse .There are two big issues Mercasore which gives a non State Court rights over Irish Citizens If Leo tries to pass that bill it will fail .The Two Greens Costello  and the Girl from Stoneybatter Nessa Hourigan who will both lose their seats in the next election but could go out on their shields will vote it down and Rural independents cannot support this government after the Nitrate cuts and Heard cutting that would be suicidal .Its a long Shot but it is a reality .Leo knows next year FG get thumped in the Local election that will lead to a push to remove him before a General Election also the longer before an election the more time SF have to organize second candidates or even third candidates in 5 seat constituencies .There is a small window of opportunity for this Government to get the numbers to be returned .A give away budget then pull the plug or lose a vote of confidence long odds but both viable .I will take a ton @ 10/1 A general election this year .There is also a third option if a Government TD was to Die and this Government lost a By election they would lose their majority .I will have a bet and watch what unfolds .Leos new Hairstyle means he will be doing a lot of telly work .Wait till October when Thousands of College kids cannot find digs .Putin turns off the Gas and the weather gets Cold stuff we have no control over .Dont know what Cork is like Ken but Dublin is a shit Show Drugs and Homeless street violence .Leo and FG /ff.Might also call a snap election if we won the Rugby World Cup try cash in on the Feelgood .Politics kenneth is about opportunity not Politics .and with that in mind .Euro elections next year a nice gravy train for some TDs like Alan Kelly and Stephen Donnolly looking in that direction .Lot of moving parts with a lot to go wrong .

In a ruling late on Friday night, Mr Justice Mark Heslin said there "was no dispute" that Mr Burke had "flagrantly breached" orders requiring him to stay away from the school. The judge ordered that Mr Burke be committed to prison "indefinitely," until he purges his contempt by agreeing to stay away from the school.

After finding that Mr Burke was in contempt of court, the judge asked him three times if he was prepared to give an undertaking in the terms of the order against him.  On each occasion Mr Burke, accompanied in court by members of his family, including his parents Martina and Sean, remained silent.  The judge said he was taking Mr Burke's silence to mean he was refusing to give the undertaking sought, and committed him to Mountjoy Prison, where the teacher spent over 100 days between September and December last year.

The matter is to be reviewed before the court in early October.  However, the judge stressed that Mr Burke could secure his release from prison at any time, by agreeing to stay away from the school.

The case is to be reviewed .Dont rule out a new charge of Criminal Tresspass .And the Judge sentence him to 6 months that keeps him away from the school removes his ability to appeal and sets a release date ,preventing the old issue of him staying in Jail in protest .By the Time he is released Leo will of held the Gender Equality Referendum and it will be resolved in Enochs Favour or Against and he will have no legal right not to call a thing a They .Why was he allowed to stand out side the school for one minute after his last release .This is a Kangaroo Court with huge Political interfearance .
