Might be for restricting Drivers to 11 hours .If they allocate a driver a job who brakes the 11 hour shift rule and He crashes could the Passenger Sue  for being put in danger by Free Now .

I haven't seen the Timer YET in Cork but I reckon John M is kinda right, it might be fer FN to stop giving jobs after 11 hours.

I think it's an average of 11 hours/day over 3 days so impossible to police really.  How do you define working a taxi?  The current app is crap so there's no way FN would have the software expertise to manage this.

At this point, it might be best for MGB to email FN because he seems to be the only one to have seen this?

Maybe Doc is the only one doing 11+ hours a day?
