bin stickers

i've noticed the past while the tops of bins here and there are riddled with these little stickers. thought they were little stickers off apples or bananas. anybody know.

Nitrous oxide/laughing gas. Had a few of them in the car a few months back for a "wait and return" sucking on those on the way out, and very animated, then all three practically flaked out on the way back. Very, very sad.

To be honest bulkits I'm intrigued to know why the stickers are ther .....obviously thrrs a trend or a message or a practical reason.....but I didny want to ask cause I didny wanted to appear non streetwise....cause I'm not ....in fact I havny a clue wat the fuk apes are doin an thankfully don't want to ....but I'm still curious as to why the mad cnuts
Stick the stickers on bins ? ....probly cause yu have to remove them to utilise the vape device an then they stick to the apes fingers ....which then presents the question of the quantity bean used ....which wud appear massive ....also it possibly reveals the anti litter conscious mentality of the yung ape generation...which offers some hope ....or maybe I'm wrong .....but not an asinine question  imho

The question was from the woman who interviewed Robert Smith. The stickers are from the vape packaging. I took a phone off a guy who was going into his house in Littlepace for cash, the back was covered in those stickers. it's probably a YOOT thing:
