I'd wonder how they got your contact details (seen as they're talking about money)

Is it a sumup replacement or something for offices --> "Cutting-Edge PAX Devices:   Our state-of-the-art PAX A50/A920 devices are designed to offer seamless and efficient transaction."

Here they are --> https://npi.ie  Maybe I'm wrong but looks like a rental fee of €9.99(/week/month?)  "FEES FROM: 0.3% // STARTING FROM €9.99"

That sounds like Lar alright, he missed the boat 'Big Time' when Cab-app went Belly-up.

He had a handy number on the go with Cab-app just by taking a small percentage from the CC transactions done on the app. He had many taxi drivers just using it to process CC's at an exorbitant about 3% rate and even when Sum-up came along with a 1.5% rate most drivers (to include Tony, Horse, Bob shilling, Etc) just stuck with Cab-app reader rather than the hassel of changing over.

When Cab-app went Tits-up all those drivers had no choice but to sign up to a new payment version which they forcibly and reluctantly did, and then months later Lar is back on the scene with his all new CC app expecting all those drivers to switch back again, which ain't gonna happen.

It might suit some .9.99 and smaller fees might work out better for high users .Pity people dont look at the offer before attacking the provider .

I think ken has a bit of a beef with him alright. Tbh I think Ken was a bit jealous of him or something.  Never stopped slating the cab app terminal and banging on about paying an extra euro out of every ton. He's already kicking off again about the poor man who's just trying to eek out a living.
