Will SKy have to stop broadcasting live Games in Ireland if there is any Gambling advertising around the Pitch .Will they have to refer to the Paddy Power Gold cup as the gold cup .If some Brit Prem team that advertises a bookie on their Jerseys would they be banned from playing in Ireland ?Is the Lottery Gambling or Telly Bingo .Will those Games be removed from the Telly ?

This bit Kenneth ..including obligations relating to advertising, promotion and sponsorship for the purposes of safeguarding persons participating in gambling; to provide for the prohibition of children participating in gambling or being employed in the gambling industry;

Does this mean kids cannot pony race if there is betting ?

It did they passed the bill last week .Irish football teams cannot be sponsored by a Gambling site or Bookie .Im not sure if you can advertise on Course if the meeting is televised .

The bill bans all gambling advertising on TV and online between 5.30am and 9pm with multi million euro fines and possible prison sentences for the execs of companies that break the ban.
