Education Minister Norma Foley has said that an appeal against the school board’s decision to dismiss Burke remains live.NOW WHAT HAPPENS IF HE WINS that appeal .A few Million in Compo from the School for false arrest more millions from Dep of Education .

The reason he is still being paid is because his appeal against the disciplinary case which dismissed him has not yet been heard. And when the appeal is eventually heard, he won't win it.
