It's actually 15% cbd, a non psychoactive ingredient.  Thc content is <0.19% making it so weak that you would have to use a mountain of it for it to have any psychoactive effect if at all. Lots of people use cbd for various reasons. Some swear by it for arthritis.

Often thought of visiting such an establishment in Barcelona. However, I'm generally on a day trip and one wouldn't want to navigate airports stinking of cannabis so I've yet to try any. The last joint I smoked was over 20 years ago in Amsterdam. TBH, such is my naivety I wouldn't know how to roll one.

You can buy them pre rolled. In Amsterdam you can choose between ones with or without tobacco.  Not sure about Barcelona though. I'd imagine it's a similar set up.
