London Cabbie caught on camera selling drugs

He probably picked up the idea when he was holiday over here in Dublin  :P

Watch as taxi driver arrested for using his cab to collect and sell drugs

Quote
A London taxi driver who used his cab to collect and sell drugs has pleaded guilty at Inner London Crown Court to the supply of cocaine.  Between March 1, 2022 and July 5, 2023 Michael Redgrave (57) from London, acted as a drug dealer and courier, delivering cocaine to all parts of London city.

Following an extensive investigation by the City of London Police’s Serious Organised Crime Team, Redgrave was arrested after he was stopped in his taxi outside St Pancras Station on August 3, 2023 as part of a wider operation in connection to the sale of cocaine in the city.

<snip>

Review of mobile phones seized as part of the investigation showed that Redgrave had been making multiple trips in the Square Mile to drop off drugs for clients.  GPS tracking from Redgrave’s taxi showed that his vehicle was at the locations the drug deals took place.

The video is not worth watching.

I'm guessing nobody posh in the 'Square Mile' was arrested...

We'll have to wait and see if he tries the 'promising footballer' defence when his case comes up...
