I'm not really that bothered, Ken. I haven't used Bolt since I reactivated my Uber account because the document upload system didn't work for me. I just gave it another try last week 'cos I had to buy a new phone (another ton out of pocket) the previous week - long story, the charger I was using for both my old phone and the Laptop killed both. The Laptop recovered after being left unplugged overnight but the phone didn't but would work as a hand warmer as all it does now is get extremely hot when plugged in. I managed to upload the requested documents but they replied stating that my bank account was rejected because the address doesn't match my driving licence. I only have one address so it does match but may be in a different format or one might contain the Eircode and the other not. As I was busy doing fuckall this morning I decided to send them an email and, to be fair, they replied almost instantly but were hung up on getting more documents from me. I don't know why they want a bank statement anyway, Free Now didn't and Uber only required the certificate of account ownership or whatever it's called so I'm reluctant to furnish them with any more such documents. There comes a point where you have to question is it's just a scam aiming to lift as much data as they can. In any event there was never enough work on it to justify all that hassle.
