Still driving the cab or is it rented out?
I can't remember the plate number, but he's not cab driving.
He's not to mixed up with his son Gerard Gunnery Jr who is an ODC thief and has nothing to do with taxis...allegedly:

A FATHER-of-one who bought a stolen phone, demanded cash from the victim before returning it, a court has heard.
Gerard Gunnery (28) arranged to meet the owner to hand the phone over for €150, but was arrested by watching gardai, who had been alerted to the planned exchange.
Judge Hugh O'Donnell fined him €250 at Dublin District Court.
Gunnery, with an address at Ellenfield Road, Whitehall, pleaded guilty to handling stolen property at Beaumont Grove on January 6 last.
Garda Kevin Kennedy told the court the victim reported the theft of his mobile phone from a taxi in the Ballymun area. He rang the phone and spoke to a man who said he would return it for €200. They agreed a price of €150 and arranged to meet.
The victim later called back and suggested a meeting at the Beaumont House. He went there but was contacted again and given a new location, Beaumont Grove, which was 500m away.
Gda Kennedy was around the corner and saw Gunnery approach the car the victim was in. He had the phone in his hand when he was arrested.
The court heard the accused had 14 previous convictions, the most recent of which was for possession of drugs.
Gunnery had been abusing tablets at the time and did not steal the phone, but bought it for €125, his barrister Kevin White said.
MONEY
"He got a call from the injured party saying he wanted his phone back, (Gunnery) was out of pocket and wanted money for it", Mr White said. "He shouldn't have done it".
At the time, Gunnery's relationship with his partner had broken down and he was "in a bad place".
"He's in a worse place now", the judge said.
The court heard relations were much better now between Gunnery and his partner.
