I could be wrong But the Tax Clearance is a digital cert they can verify it .

just the nct certificate (can they not see the nct disc in the windscreen?) and also the insurance cert (again can they not see the insurance disc in the windscreen?).

Just your VLC and Insurance cert for the vehicle licence. They check the rest online when you telephone to make a LRA appointment.
