I think that site was sold just before the crash for a record amount then resold after for about a third of the amount.

Big Dommo was out sailing in the Bay this evening Ferry home from a smoke run .He recons with Global Toasting If the Sea rises a few feet  A high spring Tide all the underground car parks and ESB stations in them gaffs down the Docks will be flooded .On a normal windy night in winter Clontarf floods .A few years ago Ringsend flooded .Brown Envelopes to get Planning for tower blocks on reclaimed land .What could possibly go WRONG ?
